OAV Quantum Energy Executive Summary
Established in 2023, OAV Quantum Energy (OAVQE) is poised to become a major player in the lithium-ion battery industry. Our commitment to innovation and excellence is demonstrated through our advanced battery technologies, which include Lithium Nickel Manganese Cobalt Oxide (NMC), Boron-Doped Lithium-Ion, and Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries. Currently, OAVQE is constructing a one-gigawatt pilot production line, which is set to revolutionize our manufacturing capabilities. Over the next four years, we plan to scale up our production capacity to six gigawatts to meet the growing market demand. This ambitious expansion will be supported by the construction of a second facility, scheduled to begin shortly after the pilot line reaches full production, anticipated in Q4 of 2025.
The total investment for the first expansion is projected to be $100 million, with phased implementation over time. The second phase will include an increase to $240 million. ​
